Bassem Tadros

Director of International Asset Management | XRG

Bassem Tadros is Director of International Asset Management at XRG. He has 28 years of international experience in five continents managing operated and non-operated assets in the conventional and non-conventional oil and gas industry.

Tadros and hands on experience from the rig floor to the boardroom that has enabled him to develop a distinguished global track record in upstream asset strategy, energy investment, and portfolio optimization. At XRG, he leads international asset management initiatives that support the development of a global, integrated gas and LNG portfolio.

Prior to this, Tadros served as Vice President of Asset Management, International Gas and LNG at ADNOC, where he was instrumental in building and managing a global portfolio of gas and LNG assets and contributed to ADNOC’s international growth strategy and decarbonization efforts. This and earlier roles at SLB, bp, BG and Sasol enabled him to gain a wealth of experience in complex energy environments.

Tadros has a Bachelor of Science and Master of Business Administration degrees.
