Mustafa Rawji is the CEO of Rawbank the largest bank in the DRC. With a total of $5 billion in assets. Rawbank has a market share of 35%. With 1,800 employees and more than 100 branches, Rawbank is present across the vast geography of country. Servicing its customers through three market segments, CIB, commercial banking, and retail banking, Rawbank strives to ensure it can deliver the innovative banking products and services across its market segments. Mustafa is a 4th generation member of the Rawji family, which has been commercially active in the DRC for over a century in various industries. Having complete his degree in Finance and Entrepreneurship at Babson College, Mustafa leverages his experience in banking that he obtained from Credit Agricole Indosuez in the Commodity Trade Finance team, and with HSBC in Corporate Banking.
