Will Attfield is the Trade and Investment Lead within Palladium’s Economic Growth team in EMEA. He is a programme design specialist, working with governments, investment promotion agencies (IPAs), anchor investors, local suppliers, and financial institutions to drive foreign direct investment (FDI) and boost international trade in emerging and developing economies. Will is the Programme Director on the UK Government’s flagship Brazil Trade Facilitation programme and Ghana Jobs and Economic Transformation (JET), which together, will support over £50m of FDI and 15,000 new and better jobs; reduce the time and cost of goods transiting through major seaports; internationalise high-potential SMEs and facilitate positive impact through inclusive economic, social, and environmental transformation.
