Paul Jeroen is a Managing Director in Aon’s M&A and Transaction Solutions team and Head of Central & Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa. He also leads the Litigation Risk Group in EMEA. With his deep transactional experience, Paul Jeroen is driving Aon’s M&A and litigation proposition focused on value creation and delivery of solutions for financial sponsor and corporate clients to de-risk transactions and enhance returns and preserve value from or ringfence adverse litigation. Prior to joining Aon, Paul Jeroen was a transaction partner in Capital Group’s emerging markets private equity team with responsibility for the EMEA region and parts of LatAm. Previously, he was a corporate M&A lawyer at Skadden and Allen & Overy in London and Loeff Claeys Verbeke in Rotterdam and New York.
