Mélissa Trovoada-Darko

Mélissa Trovoada-Darko started her career at Allen & Overy as a Banking and Project Finance lawyer with a focus on the African continent and Emerging Markets. She worked in both the Paris and London offices and was one of the members of the A&O African Group.

She joined IHS Towers as Associate General Counsel in 2014 and has been involved in more than a dozen M&A transactions, equity raises and other financings for the Group companies in Africa. More recently, she has also focused on the Middle East (including in Kuwait and Saudi Arabia) as well as the set-up of operational entities in various new markets.
