Hayley joined the Cherie Blair Foundation for Women in 2019 and leads our regional partnership strategy for SSA. Formerly the Head of Development at YouthNet, she has extensive experience working with Trusts, Foundations and  Institutions to design and deliver impactful community development programmes. Before this, Hayley was a Cabinet Member for Crime Prevention and Public Safety at Brent Council. She has a BSc in Psychology from University of Manchester and a Post Grad in Local Government from Birkbeck College, University of London..
