Lara Tandy

Head of MENA, Corporate Intelligence | S-RM

Lara is Head of S-RM's MENA practice, where she leads complex investigations across the region, specialising in pre-transactional and strategic intelligence engagements for investment banks, private equity firms, development finance institutions, law firms, and corporate clients. As well as regularly briefing clients, she has provided expert insights to industry and public sector audiences on geopolitical developments across the Middle East and the UAE-Africa economic corridor. She regularly travels to the Middle East and North Africa for client account management, business development and to conduct interviews and fieldwork. Lara has a BA in History from the University of Oxford and an MSc in International Relations of the Middle East with Arabic from the University of Edinburgh. Lara is a Certified Sanctions Specialist (CSS) and holds the CFA Institute Certificate in ESG Investing. Lara is an Arabic, French and Persian speaker.
