Hon. Emmanuel Armah-Kofi Buah is a distinguished public servant, currently serving as Ghana’s Minister for Lands and Natural Resources and as a five-term Member of Parliament (MP) for Ellembelle Constituency in the Western Region of Ghana. As a former Minister for Energy and Petroleum (2014-2016), Hon. Buah transformed Ghana's energy landscape through the landmark Sankofa and TEN oil field developments that power our nation today. Hon.
