Electromechanical engineer, PhD in energy engineering, and university professor. Member of the IEEE Europe region. He was a senior executive in the mining industry in the Greater Katanga region before embarking on an international career as a consulting engineer in Europe, Asia, and several African countries.

Former Minister of Water Resources and Electricity of the Democratic Republic of Congo (2024-2025), he has been the Director General of SNEL SA, the leading public utility in the Congolese state portfolio, since September 2025.
