Adwoa N. Banful is a Partner at Boston Consulting Group and leads BCG's work in Ghana. She is Ghanaian and has worked across Africa and globally with governments on economic transformation, and with investors and businesses on the opportunities that drive it.

Her track record includes building a $250M investment pipeline in twelve weeks, designing skilling ecosystems for energy transitions, and unlocking investment across sectors from upstream energy to agriculture.

She brings a cross-sectoral and practical understanding of what the business of economic transformation actually takes - getting projects to bankability, helping investors see opportunity more clearly, and driving execution across actors who must move together, from work spanning agribusiness, energy, industrialization, and financial inclusion.

In agribusiness specifically, she has worked across cocoa and horticulture value chains, agritech, and the climate-agriculture nexus and brings a clear perspective on where Ghana has a genuine right to play and on the investments that will move the country further down the value chain.
