She has held leadership positions in corporate and investment banking at top-tier Global Financial Institutions, as well as roles in development, legal, and retail sectors, and in enterprise. Mucha has worked in global and regional roles across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

Her passion for emerging markets, creative industries, finance, technology, and economic and organisational development are among her defining drivers. As a Development Consultant, she has been instrumental in unlocking financial, organisational, economic, social, and cultural capital.

A sought-after speaker, moderator, trainer, and mentor, Mucha is known for driving global strategic dialogue on a range of topics including finance, trade, fashion, literature, energy, sustainability,  and technology. She is passionate about leveraging her financial services expertise to deliver multi-sector content and is frequently engaged by public and private sector entities.

Mucha is also recognised for her work developing female business leaders, entrepreneurs, and young professionals. She currently serves on the board of Evolvin' Women, The African Business Leaders and Invest Summit (ABLIS), and is a founding board member of the Zimbabwean Business Council UAE.
