Hina Nagajarian

Hina is a member of Diageo Plc’s Global Executive Committee and in a Regional President role as the President for Africa.
Hina has a proven track record of business transformation and development in complex emerging markets of Africa, China, Southeast Asia, and India. She brings deep and wide-ranging experience in consumer-focused businesses across Food & Beverage, Health & Hygiene, Nutrition, Beauty, and Home Decor. Hina has extensive experience in the Digital & Ecommerce space and in assessing sustainability-related risks and opportunities from oversight of ESG initiatives in her role. She sits on the Steerco of the Diageo global digital transformation initiative.
Hina has 35+years history of delivering high performance in complex environments, cultures, J.V. situations and a wide range of challenging business scenarios with an ability to create business momentum through strategic partnerships, business insights and moving consumers up the value chain. She is known for her passion, and drive to deliver results by enabling strong, engaged teams that deliver outstanding outcomes, with the highest standards of integrity & compliance.
