Minister of Transport & Logistics | Republic of Mozambique

João Matlombe is the Minister of Transport and Logistics of the Republic of Mozambique. He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, as well as master’s degrees in Environmental Management and Multimodal Transport Systems Planning. With over 20 years of experience, he has led major mobility, urban transport, and road infrastructure projects, including the Master Plan for the Maputo Metropolitan Area, the Maputo Ring Road, the Maputo–Katembe Bridge, and the establishment of the Maputo Metropolitan Transport Agency.
