Mr. Vinodanand Jha serves as the Chief Information & Technology Officer (CITO) at ARISE, directly reporting to the founder and CEO of the group. In this capacity, he oversees the implementation of digitalization and automation strategies across ARISE IIP, ARISE IS, and ARISE P&L. Before joining ARISE, Vinod was the Senior Vice President of Information Technology and Administration at Olam, amassing over 24 years of professional experience in spearheading technological transformations across Asia, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.
Vinod’s extensive career spans a wide range of sectors, including financial services, steel, power, agriculture, large-scale sustainable forestry, and integrated Special Economic Zones (SEZs), ports, logistics, airports, and road development. His wealth of experience has played a pivotal role in ARISE's journey, contributing significantly to the company's growth and success across all its verticals.
Vinod holds a master’s degree in Computers and Mathematics from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi (IIT Delhi), and has completed various advanced management programs from Ivy League business schools, including Harvard and Yale.
At ARISE Group, Vinod has a proven track record of driving digital technology and innovation across diverse industries, including the agricultural value chain (covering upstream, midstream, and downstream operations), SEZs, textiles, airports, port and terminal management, as well as large-scale infrastructure projects in India and abroad. These projects encompass the development and management of seaports, bulk liquid terminals, container freight stations (CFS), inland container depots (ICDs), multimodal logistics hubs, and bunkering terminals.
Throughout his career, Vinod has successfully led transformational technology initiatives valued at over $500 million, impacting thousands of technology professionals and impacting the livelihoods of millions of families globally. Known for his ability to thrive in multicultural environments, Vinod is multilingual, fluent in several Indian and international languages.
