Nacim Bounouara is a partner in DLA Piper's Finance group and heads up the International Projects practice. Based in the UAE, Nacim brings extensive experience working on complex and market leading energy and infrastructure projects across Africa (both Francophone and Sub-Saharan Africa), the Middle East and Europe.

Nacim advises sponsors and lenders (including development banks and export credit agencies) on the financing of power generation projects (conventional, renewable and nuclear), oil & gas projects and transport & social infrastructure projects.
